Terms & Conditions

• PromosUSB must receive full payment, in addition to graphic files and preload data, before we proceed with your production order.
• We cannot guarantee preload functionality due to circumstances beyond our control.
• Customer must supply artwork in proper vector format. Please provide in version CS3 of Illustrator, sized to the imprinta area and color matched to Pantone (PMS) colors. Failure to do so may result in additional costs or a delay in production.
• Buyer hereby authorizes PromosUSB Technologies to begin production of your order. Order is non-cancellable, non-returnable after going into production
• If payment has been made by credit card, I am the cardholder or have been authorized to use it on their behalf. The full value of the order will be charged prior to beginning production.
• Pantone colors will be used in place of any other colors for non-process color imprints that have been provided.
• Our invoice completely and accurately describes the items and services that will be provided to the Buyer.
• Our quote/invoice does not include any tariff which may be imposed by the United States government. Payment of tariffs would be the responsibility of the purchaser or recipient of the shipment. PromosUSB Technologies is not responsible for payment.
• Payment of tariffs normally must be made to the carrier in advance of delivery, either by credit/debit card, or billed to your account (FedEx, UPS, or DHL).
